The fashion in Ibiza and Formentera is going through a good
moment, specially to those designers who have brought back or continue with the traditional fashion for which our islands are known: White, embroideries, hippie style the pure Adlib.

Basically, all that reminds the beginings of this movement, that has consolidated through out the year and means a hallmark of destination known all around the wold.

In any specialized fashion magazine when we talk about " adlib "it's not reccesary to state the origin of this style, nowadays it is well known that when we talk about adlib, we talk about Ibiza's fashion.

The phenomenon is hard to achieve but day by day, and thanks to the Eivissa i Formentera's Patronate with the promotion, added to the designers effort and perseverance, has made it possible.

One more year Adlib's fashion show took place confirming what we just said; white was the king. The week of fashion was inagurated by a young designer's show in La Punta des Molí, in San Antonies town; there we were able to enjoy an spectacular parade, with original clothes born from the effort an wit of the young fashion hope in the Pitiusas.
On the following day,the inauguration took place in the Raina Sofia Park. The show was divided in four parts: Earth, Air, Water and Fire. Maika Vergara wearing an spectacular dress by Maru García, and Toni Riera with a linen suit by Lopeta firm, were masters of ceremonies.The designers showed their creations emulating the four elements.

The season was dressed in white, and more than 50 firms from the islands where part of it. The closing ceremony was helded in the smallest islands. In Es Calo of San Agustin among the glitter of Formentera beaches we lived the end of one more year of fashion and glamour.
